The Alpha Mechanical Service Building Automation Department has over 150 years combined experience. Its primary focus is on retrofit solutions, integrations and service of existing building automation systems.

We deliver totally open protocol building automation systems allowing the customer full access to their entire automation system. We have adopted the use of the Niagara AX® platform in all our systems. This platform developed by Tridium® has grown in popularity tremendously over the past 10 years, being adopted by all of the major control manufacturers.

The controls division works closely with Alpha Energy Solutions in implementing control upgrades and energy savings control strategies to reduce our customer's energy costs.
